Sue Schmidlkofer

UPS – Director of Global Workforce Diversity and Inclusion

Sue began her career at UPS as a communications specialist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has held a variety of roles within Human Resources throughout her 22-year career.

She was promoted to a Director of Human Resources for UPS and relocated to Grand Rapids Michigan in 2006. While in Michigan, Sue commuted to Illinois for a year as the HR Manager for UPS’s largest ground hub.  In 2010, her family relocated to UPS’s global headquarters in Atlanta. She spent four years in Corporate Employee Relations administering the company’s global Employee Engagement Survey and a year supporting the Transportation group as HR Manager.

Sue assumed her current role in Diversity and Inclusion in February of 2015 where she helps oversee the company’s workforce diversity and inclusion strategies, ensuring UPS leverages the unique perspectives of an inclusive workplace.

Sue holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee.
