Stacye J. McCall

Stacye McCall is the Staff Director of the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI) of the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) of Atlanta. The OMWI is responsible for all matters relating to diversity in management, employment, and business activities at the Bank. The OMWI builds upon the long-standing efforts to create an inclusive workplace, to attract and retain a diverse staff, and to foster supplier diversity.

Stacye began her career at the Jacksonville FRB in multiple management roles in payment services. She then transferred to the FRB of Atlanta and worked in Financial Services and Internal Audit. Stacye started her current position, as the Staff Director of OMWI, in 2011. In this role, Stacye directs implementation of the D&I initiatives and programs under the OMWI in compliance with the legislative requirements, Bank policy and strategic objectives.

A native of San Antonio, Texas, Stacye received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. She also holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Jacksonville University. Stacye is a graduate of The American Institute for Managing Diversity of Atlanta’s Diversity Leadership Academy, and she is a Board Member for ADMAG.
