Dr. Conrado Marion-Landais serves as D&I consultant in Southern Company’s Office of D&I.  In this capacity, he helps research, develop, implement, and monitor strategies and initiatives that support the company’s subsidiaries diversify their workforce and sustain an inclusive culture.

Dr. Marion-Landais has over 20 years of Human Resources experience in a variety of areas including employee relations, leadership and organizational effectiveness and HR technology. He has served as chair of the Atlanta Diversity Management Advocacy Group (ADMAG), an organization dedicated to creating learning and networking opportunities for diversity and inclusion professionals and was a founding member of Amigos, Georgia Power’s Hispanic/Latino employee resource group.

He is a member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a graduate of Leadership DeKalb and AIMD’s Diversity Leadership Academy Program. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Georgia Tech and a master’s and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational psychology from the University of South Florida.
