Join ADMAG for an interactive discussion with a panel of academic researchers who will share results and insights from their research in various areas of workplace diversity and inclusion.

Topics to be covered include:

  • bringing topics like compassion, empathy, and mindfulness into the workplace diversity conversation,
  • women’s career avenues and strategies after having children,
  • the unique workplace experiences of members of various groups under the LGBTQ umbrella, and
  • evidence-based techniques for mitigating unconscious biases.
